Turkish ice cream is world-renowned for its slightly denser and chewier texture than regular ice cream. This variety is delicious—sweet, cold, and incredibly satisfying. Despite its rich creaminess, it is made solely with milk, making it a lighter yet indulgent treat. The owner, Halil, added to the experience with his super-friendly and generous nature. He even offered us a complimentary cup of additional flavours. If you have yet to experience natural Turkish ice cream, you haven't tasted the best ice cream has to offer."

Chee kofta is a a traditional Turkish dish that can be made with either raw meat or, more commonly today, as a vegan dish based on fine bulgur wheat. The name translates literally from Turkish as "raw meatball". While it was traditionally prepared with very high-quality, lean raw beef or lamb, health regulations in Turkey now legally require most commercially sold versions to be meatless. Pink is now offering Chee kofta too. I also noticed they seek homemade yogurt. Pink Ice Cream is a delightful new addition to the St. Clair West neighborhood, bringing the unique and delicious flavors of Turkish ice cream to our doorstep. Their creamy, chewy ice cream is made with traditional ingredients like salep, giving it a texture unlike any other.
